RENTED ACCOMMODATION

Clévacances rented accommodation may be a detached house, a character residence, a chalet, a flat in a private house, in a block or a serviced flat. This accommodation must meet certain minimun standards of facilities and habilities (Decree n°87-149 of 6 March 1978), for which the landlord or the landlord's reprensentative are legally responsible. The 'locations de france Clévacances' mark is awarded to accommodation on a scale from 1 to 5 keys.
