Booking conditions
Duration of the stay in a gîte: from Saturday 4p.m. to Saturday
Prices are mentioned for one week or one week end.
Heating is not included, unless stated differently.
Guarantee: the owner may ask you to pay a guarantee (the amount is written on the form).
If the number of tenants exceeds the maximum mentioned in this booklet, the owner is free not to accept redundant tenants or to cancel the form.
It is necessary to ask for the owner's consent if you want to bring a pets with you.
Tenant's insurance: please contact your usual insurance company and check in your contact covers damage incurred at the gîte during your stay.
Inventory: an inventory must be drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and owner, or his representative, on arrival and departure. This inventory constitutes the sole reference in the event of a dispute over the inventory. The state of cleanliness of the accommodation on the tenant's arrival must be noted in the inventory.
Cleaning: it is up to the guests to clean and look after the property, when staying in the cottage and on departure. The cottage must be left in the same state as you found it. Some owners can arrange cleaning for you, indicated by %u201Coption ménage%u201D in the description. Both parties should check the inventory and the state of the property together. If necessary a charge will be made for any additional cleaning costs incurred. Similarly, the guest is entitled to ask for the cottage to be cleaned again if, on arrival, the accommodation is not satisfactorily clean.
Should there be a conflict; the %u201CAntenne Clevacances%u201D will only intervene if the form to rent the house has been signed by both the owner and the tenant.
In case of discrepancies: between the description and reality of the gîte, the claims will be taken into account only if thse claims will be taken into account only if these claims are reported to the %u201CRelais%u201D during the first two days of your occupation.
